Jerome Mroso is the Managing Director of Shepherd Consulting Limited, a leading tax and financial advisory firm in Tanzania. With over 20 years of progressive experience in tax, auditing, accounting, and financial management, Jerome has built a reputation for excellence, integrity, and strategic insight across both corporate and consulting environments.

His career includes pivotal roles at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), MIC Tanzania (Tigo), and Tanzania International Container Terminal Services (TICTS), where he served in senior capacities such as Senior Auditor, Management Accountant, Accounting Manager, and Financial Controller.

Jerome is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a duly registered, active member of the National Board of Accountants and Auditors (NBAA). He holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance degree from the University of Dar es Salaam, and is a registered tax consultant with the Tanzania Revenue Authority (TRA).
