Assisting clients during tax audit processes, ensuring all tax queries arising from the tax auditors are timely and professionally responded to preventing unnecessary tax burdens. Conducting Tax Health-checks and Reviews and assisting companies in evaluating their level of compliance and tax exposure, this involves computation of potential tax liability.

Actively participate in key roles within various corporate Boards (as a director or a board secretary) that involve establishing effective organizational structures where good corporate governance is upheld. This includes ensuring that companies operate within the framework of the law while fostering transparency, accountability, and ethical conduct. My involvement plays a vital role in safeguarding the interests of shareholders, directors, employees, regulators, and other stakeholders, thereby contributing to the long-term sustainability and integrity of the organization.

As an arbitrator, rendering fair, impartial, and legally sound decisions (arbitral awards) based on presented evidence and applicable laws. As a mediator, assisting disputing parties in reaching mutually acceptable settlements by guiding constructive dialogue, identifying key issues, and promoting collaborative problem-solving. Ensured confidentiality, neutrality, and adherence to ethical and procedural standards throughout all proceedings.
